Trump Pushes Peace Deal After Hamas Response

Donald Trump urged Israel to halt bombing after Hamas accepted parts of his proposed peace plan.
Hamas declared readiness to release hostages and transfer power but requested more talks on unresolved issues.
Trump praised Hamas’s statement, insisting he believed they sought a lasting peace in the region.
He demanded Israel stop its strikes immediately, saying safe hostage recovery required calmer conditions.

    Netanyahu, Allies, and Mediators React

Trump thanked Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt, Turkey, and others in a celebratory video.
He called the day historic but stressed finalizing every detail before celebrating.
Benjamin Netanyahu announced Israel’s readiness for the “first stage,” apparently meaning hostage releases.
However, his office emphasized Israel would end the war on previously stated principles.
Egypt and Qatar praised the progress, with Qatar confirming ongoing discussions on details.

Hostage Families, Global Leaders, and Key Challenges

The UN chief urged all sides to seize the chance to end Gaza’s war.
France’s Emmanuel Macron declared the ceasefire and hostage release were within reach.
Israeli hostage families stressed stopping combat remained essential to protect their loved ones.
Hamas insisted Palestinian rights and Gaza’s future required joint decisions among all factions.
The group avoided disarmament in its reply, clashing with Israel’s main demand.
Trump’s plan required Hamas to release 48 hostages within three days and disarm.
Israel, in return, would halt its offensive, withdraw troops, free prisoners, and allow aid.
The proposal included Gaza’s international governance under Trump and Tony Blair, not uniting with the West Bank.
